PROCESSING TIMES

We process your orders within 3-5 working days. We also ship all our orders through UPS Express and most deliveries across the globe are within 4-8 working days. Please expect your order to reach you in a range of 7-15 days from the date of placing your order. Please note that the deliveries might be slightly delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic since most logistics firms are trying extra hard to deliver on time with limited staff and infrastructure. All our deliveries are only through UPS Express.

CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please make sure to enter the right address for delivery. The address is auto picked from the address entered while placing your order and is the same that reflects in your invoice. In case you would like to change the address, please notify us within 1 working day of placing your order since most orders are generally ready within 1-2 working days for dispatch.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes, once the order is ready, we hand it over to UPS and notify the tracking id through an email.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Absolutely! We currently ship to over 15 different countries and levy a very reasonable flat shipping charge for delivery to any country across the world. This is to avoid shipping complexity and more often than not, the shipping charge is usually lower than even domestic shipping charges.
